Delivery

Bloom Perfumery ships to UK, EU and the rest of the world. 

We use Royal Mail (UK only) and DHL (any destination) and there are several options.

Returns

If you beleive the item is faulty please get in touch at bloom@bloomperfume.co.uk and we will arrange pick of faulty products (returns for such cases are free).

If you changed your mind, the product has to be in its original manufacturer's packaging (and that includes celophane being intact and not tempered with) Please send it back within 28 days of purchase. We will issue a refund after we have inspected and accepted the item. Items damaged while on their way back to us will not be refunded, please pack them well.

Tax free shopping from outside of the UK

We offer UK VAT tax free shopping for orders delivered to outside of the UK. If your order is going to an address outside of the UK (that is all the all of the EU now including Norway, Switzerland, and also Guernsey and Jersey and the rest of the world) you are entitled shop online without the UK VAT.

Please make sure you select your location correctly at the top of the page of Bloom’s web-store to see relevant prices for the products. You will see tax amount deducted from the order during the checkout.

Please note, you shop without the UK tax but your national custom duties might apply. They vary from country to country.

Some countries have import duties only after a certain value of the order. Please check your country rules on imports/international online orders before placing your order as you will be responsible for following these rules and paying possible duties.

If you refuse to pay your national import duties and your order is shipped back to us because of that - you will be responsible for the shipping and administration costs.
