Part of Chapter 3: Majestic China, Mooncake translates a Mid-Autumn pastry into a nostalgic gourmand: golden crust, salted egg yolk and sweet mung bean filling. Its inspiration is the pleasure of sharing the treat and the childhood memories carried by that tradition.
