The spirited country girl arrives in the bustle of the city, determined to change her status to “anything but innocent”. That’s Sweet Lure, bubbling with naughty possibilities. Cinnamon and lily-of-the-valley swirl in a bamboozling haze of neroli and vanilla, keeping things alluring but fun.

Spirals of sandalwood smoke, love letters and curses, white chocolates in pockets, a moment of softness, razor-edged nails, tiered chandeliers, a glimpse of the moon high in the sky, a whisper on lips that turns into a 4am surprise.

Felanilla  is a combination of feline and vanilla. It’s a seemingly relaxed arrangement of saffron, vanilla (two rare and precious varieties: Bourbon and Taihitian), hay and sweet woods but it’s a feline prowl of a scent. Inspired by the traditional Provençal sweet Calisson, an almond-shaped paste of candied fruit topped with fondant icing. This edp launches with bergamot and sugary milk. Fresh orange blossom radiates from the heart, supported by a warm and creamy sandalwood. Base notes of caramel, vanilla and musk complete the mouth-watering effect.

French Macaron captures the essence of its namesake French pastry. The opening notes of warm milk and almond offer a comforting sensation, like a freshly baked macaron. The heart reveals a fruity raspberry, balanced by a biscuit note. The caramel and vanilla base is a sweet and smooth sign-off.

Technically tonka are nuts as they come from a tree (whereas a bean is a seed of a legume). ‘Tonka beans’ is a misnomer but also phrase used to refer to them in perfumery, cooking, etc. In Happy Nuts tonka is key note contributing to the delicious nuts roasted in caramel fragrant idea. The name could be a suggestive euphemism or just a reference to tonka being promoted to their accurate botanical rank – nuts.
